A race volunteer is a vital part of the event team, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.  You can assist with event setup, guide participants, manage crowds, and provide support at various checkpoints. Volunteers play an essential role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for runners and spectators.

Pre-Run (Expo):

• Run Kit Assembly: Prepare race kits with guides and bibs in advance.
• Crowd Management: Help ensure smooth crowd movement during the Bib expo.
• BIB and T-shirt Distribution: Assist runners in collecting their bibs and race kits.
• Help Desk: Provide information and answer questions from participants and visitors at the expo.

On Run Day-

• Holding Area Crowd Management: Ensure a smooth flow of participants in the holding area.
• Start Line Management: Maintain order and manage the excitement as runners prepare to start.
  • Traffic Closures & Diversions: Help direct traffic and guide runners along the race route.
  • Parking Area: Assist with parking, and water stations.
  • Aid Stations: Provide water and snacks to runners.
  • Finish Area: Assist with medal distribution, breakfast.
