About Sankalp
Sankalp is a registered NGO promoting girl child education and geriatric care since 2007. It is a philanthropic initiative of the associates of Sathguru Management Consultants. Sankalp's initiatives are categorized into Siksha, Suraksha, Jiva, and Vivrithi.
Sankalp has significantly contributed to social causes, extending scholarship support to over 3000 socially and economically vulnerable girl students across seven schools in low-income neighborhoods in Hyderabad. Additionally, Sankalp has aided 100 students affected by parental loss due to COVID-19.
Sankalp, through its flagship program, PANTS, has effectively raised awareness of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), reaching over 75,000 children, teachers, and parents in schools and orphanages. Notably, during the pandemic-induced lockdowns, Sankalp conducted virtual CSA sessions with teachers in 64 government schools to combat rising violence against children.
